    Hi Deb,

    Yup, I’m one of those “misguided “ FB boost button pressers!
    I ran 2 boost ad campaigns, spent €36 for 4 days & got nothing but hundreds of likes on my pretty picture… useless in my experience.
    I was aiming to drive traffic to my Etsy store, but it did not achieve this result.

    It’s just so hard to stand out from the crowd.

    It’s understandable and not your fault. It’s all about those Facebook campaign objectives. It sounds like your ad did great in terms of engagement, but if what you wanted was traffic, then it’s always best to set your ad up via the Business Manager so you can set “traffic” as your objective, and Facebook will show your ad to people more likely to visit your website, not to just like your post 🙂
